Care for each artwork gently, as if it is as precious as nature itself. Please read the following policies before purchasing.

Postage

Packages are sent via standard Australia post with delivery times between 2 - 7 business days depending on how remote your location and any other unforeseeable circumstances. I am not responsible for lost parcels once shipped, but I will do my best to resolve any issues with the postage company.  Should you require registered & insured postage, please email me for a quote.

Please email for a quote for postage to overseas destinations. These international orders may or may not be subject to customs clearance or charges relating to shipping.

Refunds

All purchases are final and no refunds will be given unless the item is deemed faulty. Please be aware that each piece is lovingly hand-crafted, and will display some imperfections and irregularities associated with a handmade artwork.

Care

Each piece is made with love and attention, and should be handled with care. While some pieces are sealed with a light coat of micro-crystalline wax, the beautiful oxidized or heat-treated surface will softly change over time. Avoid contact with hairsprays, moisturizers, water (sea, pool or shower) etc. as this will effect the surface of the metal.

Keep each piece separate when storing to prevent scratching from other items in your jewellery box. In the event of any fine scratching, gently buff with super fine steel wool (be aware that it may also remove the surface-colouring associated with the oxidizing or heat-treating process).  Clean and sterilize using warm antibacterial wash or saline solution as necessary, or use a polishing cloth to restore ear wire/stud shine.
